摘要：

With the fierce competition of the market, the competition between the enterprises has transformed into the competition between the supply chains. The companies in the supply chain contact closely, and the risks of supply chain structuring seriously impact on the efficiency of the supply chain. Tlis paper chiefly discusses the risk factors of the supply chain structuring, builds model to identify the risky factors of supply chain structuring, and then provides basis of risky decision-making, to construct supply chain.
