摘要
In connection with the great achievements on the governance structure and the property right system that the State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) reform have made in China during the past 30 years, this paper theoretically studied the advantages and characteristics of the SOEs in the innovation, positively analyzed the achievements and the existence of the problems on the innovation input, innovation performance and industrial organization of SOEs in recent years in innovation. Think that the characteristics of the SOEs have a natural Consistency with the concept of innovation, and it was confirmed by the achievements of the innovation of the SOEs in recent years. Finally, according to the problems of innovation of the SOEs, this paper put forth some reforming measures.
