摘要
To unify the economic benefits and ecological benefits of a region, researching the spatial correlation and convergence of the efficiency of the low-carbon financial service (LCFS) system for regional environmental protection is a necessary work. However, existing studies generally neglect the dynamic changes during the formation and development of low-carbon finance, and the analysis and evaluation on the development status of the LCFS system of commercial banks under the constraints of regional environmental protection rules and regulations are insufficient and simplistic. To fill in this research blank, based on existing research results, this paper aims to give a comparative analysis on the efficiency of LCFS system for regional environmental protection. At first, this paper gave the structure of the said LCFS system, and introduced the influence of LCFS system on the service objects; then, this paper used the degree of response of the realisation of service object's financing demand to its pollution level to evaluate the effectiveness of the capital allocation of LCFS, and constructed an extended model for the LCFS system. After that, this paper employed the Malmquist index to explore the laws in the dynamic changes of the time dimension of the efficiency of LCFS system and the structural factors that can affect the dynamic adjustment. At last, the corresponding test results were given, which had verified the effectiveness of the constructed model and the proposed analysis method.
