摘要
Current therapy for prevention of heart attack and stroke includes the use of aspirin and other antiplatelet agents. These latter are used in an all or none fashion, one dosage for all. Recent studies suggest that different persons respond to different dosage of an antiplatelet agent to certain degree and that this response has clinical importance in relation to their intended preventive purpose. This study uses fuzzy theory to describe and study individual response to the antiplatlet medications aspirin and ticlopidine, alone and in combination.
