摘要:
Although capability-based view deepens our understanding on competitive advantage of enterprise, there are defects within its system. This article suggests that strategy capability view can rectify them to some extent. Based on previous research work,the definition of strategy capability is defined and the forming mechanism, structure and the relation between strategy capability and competitive advantage are also analyzed; points out that capability maturity model could be used to measure strategy capability and two dimension maturity model of strategy capability is constructed from the view of internal and external efficiency of enterprise which could be measured quantitatively by the Data Envelop Analysis method and customer value respectively. At last,this model can be used in real-estate enterprise.
