摘要
Methods for the preparation of various fused thiazolotriazoles were reviewed here for the first time. The main two isomers of fused thiazolotriazoles are thiazolo[3,2-b][1,2,4]triazole and thiazolo[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazole. Some medicinal applications of thiazolotriazoles are reported.
