摘要
This work presents a novel current-fed parallel-loaded resonant converter that operates under the zero-voltageswitching (ZVS) condition. The circuit configuration is obtained by integrating the class-E resonant inverter into the parallel-loaded resonant converter. With suitably set circuit parameters, only one power switch can exhibit ZVS condition. Thus, high energy conversion efficiency is achieved. A prototype of the novel converter, designed to provide a 25W output power at an operating frequency of 42kHz, was constructed and tested to demonstrate the relevant theoretical predictions. The measured efficiency of the proposed novel current-fed parallel-loaded resonant converter reached 94.9%. The laboratory results reveal the satisfactory performance of the proposed topology, which is especially well suited to low-power energy conversion applications.
