摘要：

In the unusual health environment of the COVID 19 pandemic, allergists must adapt their exercise and their office or clinic, by strengthening hygiene and distancing precautions. In case of sanitary containment telehealth can, in many cases, replace face-to-face visits. Nevertheless, each practitioner must define the contingency planning and the priorities according to his own practice and the epidemic context. (C) 2020 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
