摘要
The inseparable relationship between development and paramilitary growth has been raised, thus configuring a parastatal model that articulates Criminality - Business-State, whose objective is to impose a hegemonic development model in the territories. It is important to deepen the analysis of this model based on historical references and the inclusion in the analysis of the Antioquia territory as a laboratory of the parastatal development strategy, in which its genesis and transformations will be located.
