摘要
In order to improve the degree of automation of the mine air compressor system, To achieve the remote monitoring and real-time fault diagnosis of the mining air compressors, using Siemens PLC as the data acquisition hardware platform, the host computer using the software of the Kingview and Power Builder9.0 construct the air compressors remote monitoring and fault diagnosis expert system platform, To achieve the remote air compressors parameters real-time acquisition, display, fault diagnosis, as well as remote start and stop the air compressors,loading and unloading control, while the air compressors room remote real-time monitoring, ensure the security and stability of the air compressors system.
