Assessment of thickness effective value of hot-rolled steel sheets on the basis of the identification measurements

摘要
It is considered the problem solution of accuracy increasing of strips thickness determination in over noisiness conditions of a measuring signal on the industrial equipment. It is offered the assessment method and algorithm of thickness effective value on the basis of the identification measurements of distributions of signals accidental counts in the structure of 17 global standards. Depending on the measured distribution law of counts as thickness effective value it is accepted the half-sum of the maximum and minimum values, arithmetic-mean value or a median of variation series of observations. Method and algorithm efficiency was estimated by the processing of a number of measuring signals received on the industrial equipment, with the use of the developed expert device with the built-in standards database. The received results show a satisfactory efficiency and sensitivity of the offered tools when processing the measuring signals which are poorly giving in to the structured analysis.
