摘要
In this paper, a new reliability assessment model is put forward according to the degradation data of the performance parameters when the equipment is operating, which mainly aims at the traditional reliability assessment problems of high-reliability, long-life and high-cost experiment equipment. The paper studies reliability assessment methods for the small samples and proposes a reliability assessment model of single performance parameter based on Bayesian theory to improve the degradation trajectory model. Finally, the model is verified by the diesel engine performance degradation data. This research resolves the problem of the reliability assessment model based on performance degradation data, and provides an effective method for the reliability assessment of mechanical equipment.
