摘要：
The present paper deals with a ruthenium(II) phthalocyanine, (tBu)(4)PcRu(py)(2) where (tBu)(4)Pc = tetra-(tert-butyl)-phthalocyanine and py = pyridine. Its photophysical properties are studied at room temperature by steady-state and time-resolved electronic absorption and emission spectroscopy. The most important finding is that (tBu)(4)PcRu(py)(2) solutions show phosphorescence originating from a charge transfer state.
