摘要
Expression stability of marker gene nptII in transgenic tobacco plants, Nicotiana tobacum L, line SRI with single transgenic insertion was being investigated. Stable expression of gene nptII has been shown in the first (T-1) and second (T-2) generations from the selfing of plants under study and in F-1 when crossing plants T-1 homozygous on the transgene. Deviations from the theoretically expected segregation were registered in F-2 at 18%.
