摘要
The accurate detection of trace furfural dissolved in transformer oil is the key to diagnose the oil-paper insulation aging problems. In this paper, the silver nanoparticles were prepared by the water bath synthesis method, and the surface enhanced Raman spectra (SERS) were obtained on the gold film substrate. Then, the substrate was placed in the furfural solution to detect the Raman spectrum, and the characteristic peak 1662cm-1 was found. Subsequently, a series of spectra of different concentrations of furfural transformer oil were detected in situ, and mathematical quantitative analysis model was established by least squares method. The results show that laser Raman spectroscopy has good stability in the analysis of dissolved furfural in transformer oil, and it is a good basis for on-line monitoring of furfural dissolved in oil.
