摘要
A new polyoxometalate (H(2)bpy)(2){Eu(H2O)(3)(PW11O39)}center dot 6H(2)O 1 constructed from lacunary Keggin frameworks, has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction. It is interesting to find that the heteropolyanions are linked to chains, and the chains are further connected into an extensive two dimension (2D) layer structure depending on hydrogen bond.
