摘要:
ZnS/CdSe/ZnS quantum dots quantum well (QDQW) were synthesized using a microfluidic reactor. The shell structure was controlled homogeneously and accurately by this system. The synthesized QDQW emitted blue fluorescence. Furthermore, we were able to tune the fluorescence wavelength by controlling the flow rate in CdSe layer deposition process. Our results demonstrate that CdSe was embedded uniformly in the ZnS core and shell by using the microreactor system.
