摘要：

This paper reports the determination of trace metal Fe in grind grain with water by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The method is convenient to determine in grind grain with water. The results show that the method has good precision and accuracy. The relative standard deviation of Fe is 0.45%, and the rate of recovery is 98.0%.
