Solid-phase synthesis of 1,3,4-oxadiazoline-5-thione derivatives from resin-bound acylhydrazines

摘要
A new strategy for solid-phase synthesis of 2,5-disubstituted 1,3,4-oxadiazoles has been developed. The 1,3,4-oxadiazoline-5-thione derivatives were synthesized from resin-bound acylhydrazines in several steps providing 78-88% overall yields and excellent purity. (C) 2006 Elsevier Ltd.
