摘要
The main aim of the virtual presentation is to introduce a case study on creativity development and creative knowledge transfer at Higher Education, especially focusing on initial teacher training program at J. Selye University in Komarno, Slovakia. Creativity as one of the most important transferable skills, the horizontal dimension in the renewing curriculum planning and teaching methodology. The context of the presentation has focused on the, Magic Triangle" on higher education, namely Learning-Creativity-Motivation. In the introduction part I would like to analyze the contextual background. Next part of the presentation is emphasizing some scientific-based concepts and models on creativity (Amabile, Csikszentmihalyi, Guilford, Torrance) in order to analyze the structure of creativity and concentrate the coherency among creative personality, process and organization. On the third part of the virtual presentation, there are some case studies on creativity development and creative knowledge transfer (methods, techniques etc.) in order to transfer creativity from research to action. Finally at the last part, I would like to draw some conclusions on main trends and processes on creativity at higher education.
