摘要：

In this paper, we applied system method to study enterprise's controlling and guarding system for credit risk and six subsystems, such as organization, technological process, technology information, environment, target and so on, include: the definition of system, the structure and evaluation of factors in system, the characters of system, proposed an imagination about building credit risk management system, discussed all aspects of credit risk management, It can offer some help for credit risks management practice in enterprises.
