摘要
Studying adult career development is a relatively new issue in vocational psychology. Previously, this phenomenon was mainly approached during adolescence because, most of the time, occupational choices - which were supposed to last - were made during this period of life. Nevertheless, changes in the world of work and in education during these last years had as a consequence that different transitions mark now any adult life. It becomes then fundamental to remodel the conceptions of adult career development in the light of life-span counseling and to propose an implementation of certain interventions in this perspective.
