摘要：
Based on the basic logistics management functions in Navasion system and the industrial practice, the paper localizes the related modules in the original system and readjusts their roles. A new SC management mode is presented by combining make - to - order production with the enterprise resource management system, in order to fulfill the collaborative operation of logistics, capital flow and information flow in the SCM system.
