摘要
The design problem of reliable controller against actuator failures with regional pole and variance constraints is investigated for spacecraft interception. To reduce the design conservatism, a new consistency condition of regional pole assignment and variance constraints is proposed. Then, a sufficient condition for the existence of static output feedback reliable controller is presented in terms of bilinear matrix inequality (BMI). Furthermore, with proper variable changes, the design problem of optimal reliable controller is formulated as a parameter optimization problem with linear matrix inequality (LMI) and linear matrix equality (LME) constraints, which can be solved efficiently by using freeware SCILAB. Simulation results of spacecraft interception control verify the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed approach.
