摘要
A new self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller is proposed in this paper. which is applied in the Micro-plasma Oxidation Power Supply. Because the system is time variable and nonlinear, the conventional linear PID controller can't fulfill demands of the micro-plasma oxidation technology. In order to improve the system performance, a new method is proposed that it can implement the real time adjustment. of the PID controller parameters by fuzzy-deduction. The result is proved that the self-adaptive fuzzy IIID controller has simple circuit and credible performance.
