摘要
We present a review of our studies of frequency conversion in various media using polarized radiation of different durations. We discuss our results on harmonic generation in fullerenes, ion beams, solid surfaces, colloidal metals, nonlinear crystals, dye vapours, metal-doped polymers, gases, and plasmas over a broad spectral range (from VUV to IR).
