摘要
This paper reviews research topics and methodological aspects of studies in the area of work and organizational psychology published in 14 German scientific journals in 2004 and 2005. The analysis reveals a strong focus on few research topics: personnel selection, work load and stress, organizational commitment and extra-role behavior. Research is predominantly done in field studies. Analyses at the individual level are prevalent; groups and organizations are rather seldom in focus. Causes and possible actions are discussed.
