摘要
This paper has been presented the taxonomical review on enhancement of power system performances by Flexible Alternating Current Transmission Systems (FACTS) controllers planning in distribution systems by using different optimization techniques. The FACTS controllers planning in distribution systems are mainly used for enhancement of different system performances such as real (RLP) and reactive power (REP) losses of the system, system oscillations, system stability, system security, system reliability and system power factor in distribution systems. This survey article very much useful for researchers and scientific persons for future work carried out.
