摘要：

A new aromatic glucoside, namely 4-methoxyphenyl-(6-deoxy--L-mannopyranosyl)--D-glucopyranoside (1), together with six known aromatic glucosides (2-7) were isolated from the stem bark of Illicium difengpi. The structures of these compounds were established by spectroscopic methods. The isolated aromatic glucosides were tested for anti-inflammatory activity. Compounds 1, 3 and 6 showed significant inhibitory effect on nuclear factor kappa B (NF-B) in RAW 264.7 macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide.
