摘要：

Under the new economic normal, Inner Mongolia's vigorous development of rural tourism contributes to expand agricultural functions, transform agricultural development methods, and drive farmers' employment and incomes. This paper explains modern rural tourism from the perspective of rural tourism development in Inner Mongolia in the last decades and the ways of sustainable development in the future, and explores how to construct a development framework for rural tourism in Inner Mongolia.
