摘要
For a long time, the world energy development depends on fossil energy excessively, thus making problems such as resource shortage, climatic change and environmental pollution become increasingly obvious, and the living environment of human being is under great challenge. Therefore, it is imperative to promote energy system to transform towards green and low-carbon style. The strategic conception of constructing global energy interconnection obtained increasingly extensive recognition, and planning research, technical discussion, policy design, cooperation and communication, and other relevant jobs are implemented in different ways at different levels. The interconnection trend of regional power grid is increasingly accelerated, and the SuperSmart Grid, Interconnected Power Grid of Northeast Asia and the "Desert Solar Energy Plan" of transmitting power from North Africa to Europe are under active research and promotion. To reflect the development status of global energy interconnection all over the world intuitively, the research in this thesis proposes 3D evaluation model of global energy interconnection development. Based on this, the quantification is conducted targeting development situations of global energy interconnection in main European countries, which provides reference for further defining improvement direction and key development points and better promoting transnational and transcontinental power grid interconnection and clean energy development.
