摘要
With remote monitoring technology advancing fast, remote monitoring systems become widely applied in every aspect of production and managing the numerical control machine tools by networked monitoring has become the trend. Numerical control machine tools are scattered, which makes monitoring and management difficult. To address the problem, monitoring the numerical control machine tools in a networked online way in real time is proposed. ASP.NET technology based on, B/S approach adopted, and SQL Server2008 used for data storage, remote monitoring of numerical control machine tools is implemented. The platform shows the information of numerical control machine tool's status, alarm, location and so on. It has implemented system management, configuration management, bug analysis and data statistics. This platform realizes networked dynamic cooperation and improves monitoring, management and maintenance quality of numerical control machine tools.
