摘要：
The deterioration of the quality of water resources in the European Union is a fact. To face up to this, and looking for a management taking into account the sustainable development, the E.U. has set an objective to reach, for 2015, a "good ecological and chemical condition of waters". In France, an inventory of fixtures has been drawn up, but following aberrant procedures from a scientific point of view, and maps without much sense have been published. The aim of this paper is to highlight these facts for the purpose of making everyone aware of the seriousness of the situation.
