摘要：
The ring-opening metathesis polymerization of enantiopure norbornene-type monomers using Grubbs' ruthenium carbene initiator gives access to a new class of poly-beta -amino acid derivatives, Kinetic investigations and molecular weight determinations proved the living nature of the polymerization allowing control over chain length and polymer weight.
