摘要：
With the increasing number of childhood cancer survivors has come an increasing interest in identifying therapeutic complications and minimizing them by modifying therapy. This article examines the risk of late sequelae produced by surgery and combined modality therapy. These are subdivided by organ system, and an effort is made to identify the various modifications made to improve the quality of life in childhood cancer survivors.
