Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare lesion with infiltrative growth and a tendency to recur locally. We present the images of a rare case of aggressive angiomyxoma in the pelvic region of a male patient presenting as a retrovesical, paraprostatic mass causing urinary symptoms. 2020.
