摘要
A global wastewater treatment based in bioremediation and ultrafiltration processes was investigated for water recovering from two samples of textile effluents containing red and blue coloration. The bioremediation was applied by encapsulated cells ofPhanerochaete chrysosporiumand ultrafiltration processes by a polymeric membrane of cut off 13 kDa. The encapsulating systems were obtained by immobilization of fungal cells into spheres of alginate-polyvinyl alcohol-graphene, for their use in aerated bioreactors. Wastewater samples were treated each one by encapsulated and free fungal cells within stirred and airlift bioreactors with the subsequent ultrafiltration process. The better yields of pollution elimination were achieved by the reactor with stirring treatments, showing 70% and 80% COD and coloration removal, respectively; whereas, the treatment in airlift reactor displayed 50-70% of removal under the same operational conditions. The whole treatment showed the water recovery with a high degree of effluents depuration. The most effective treatment was the stirred bioreactor followed by the ultrafiltration process; which yields reached 90% and 100% of COD and coloration removal respectively. The water recovered showed high quality, making it suitable for its reuse in the textile industry.
