摘要:
This paper aims to study the development and design of the automatic test system of signal conditioning module for the purpose of satisfying the teaching demonstration needs of automatic test system course experiment. This test platform is mainly composed of LXI instruments and signal conditioning module as the measured object. The design of this automatic test system mainly includes the design of the signal adapter board, the design of the user application, and the debugging of the overall system. It is verified that the system is able to test the signal conditioning module automatically. On the other hand, the automatic test system can also serve as an example of teaching demonstration, which is meet requirements of the project.
