摘要：

The syntheses of three new optically active beta -mercaptoalcohols, (R)-1,1-diphenyl-2-mercapto-3-methyl-1-butanol, (R)-1,1-diphenyl-2-mercapto-4-methyl-1-pentanol, and (R)-1,1-diphen-2-mercapto-1-benzenepropanol from the corresponding amino adds am described. The enantiomeric excesses of these beta -mercaptoalcohols were determined by H-1 NMR as their (S)-mandeloyl derivatives.
