The Micra transcatheter leadless pacemaker, a singlechamber leadless ventricular pacemaker, is implanted percutaneously through the femoral vein. We present the case of a patient in whom the Micra leadless pacemaker was implanted during valve surgery. (C) 2018 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons
