摘要
The main focus of the economy policy of the V4 countries is to mitigate differences in the country. It is expected to decrease unemployment and that the unemployed people will contribute to the increase of Gross Domestic Product which will stimulate increase of work demand, increase income of inhabitants, and at the same time poverty decrease and elimination of the regional disparities by means of implementation of the elements of the inclusive growth. In our paper, we try to identify and evaluate regional disparities at the labour market in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, and Slovak Republic. We use multiple methods such as time series analysis of the particular examined factors. We observe development of the coefficient of variation. In the paper, we use scientific and professional work of domestic and foreign authors. We use statistical data from Eurostat database, and we observe differences at the level of NUTS II at the time series 2000-2016. It followed from our research that the biggest differences among regions of V4 countries are at the level of long-term unemployment, and in the recent years the differences have been increasing.
