摘要
With the increase of sensitive loads, power quality management has become an important indicator of power services. In order to solve the problem of power quality pricing between the supplier and the user, this paper proposes an effective method of hierarchical pricing based on power quality, which can provide different levels of power quality according to different customers. In this paper, a set of power quality evaluation model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is established firstly, and then a hierarchical power quality pricing model is established. Considering the phenomenon of fuzzy pricing, a cost optimization design model of power supply side is established. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is used to optimize the model, and the correctness of the optimization is verified by simulation. Finally, taking Linshu County Power Supply Company as an example, the corresponding power supply scheme is proposed, and the feasibility of the method is verified.
