摘要：

We give sufficient conditions on 0 and a,b,cR ensuring that the operator. The proofs are based on some Lp-weighted Hardy's inequality and perturbation arguments. The results extend recent generation theorems established in Fornaro et al. (Commun Pure Appl Anal 15(6):2357-2372, 2016), Metafune et al. (Adv Differ Equ 19(5/6):473-526, 2014).
