摘要：

This paper introduces an analysis pattern for Mobile Geographic Information Systems (Mobile GIS) focused on urban administration applications. This pattern provides a class and associations diagram and can be used in the development of an urban Mobile GIS application. The paper also describes a process that guided us in obtaining this analysis pattern, presenting an example of its use in the conceptual modeling of an actual application.
