In this paper, the authors study the non-intellectual factors of young table tennis players in Laoning Province based on a questionnaire survey. Researches of the authors show that the non-intelligence factors of young table tennis players at different levels have significant difference in terms of sports grades, exercise levels, training time, and age apart from different gender. Meanwhile, young athletes with different levels of emotional stability and different achievement motivation can have different performance. Moreover, training on young athletes with different age, emotional stability and gender should be different. At last, ambition and self-confidence can influence the performance of athletes.
