摘要
Developing security products implies a great attention to every possible detail, from the design stage to the testing stage in order to obtain/create a good and secure product. It is well known that these products are most exposed to fault injection attacks. This paper describes a personalized True Random Number Generator, based on Ring Oscillators, implemented in FPGA logic, using a Zynq System on Chip development platform along, with a large amount of experimental statistical results. These results were obtained while acquiring data at the time where the generator was implied in different non-invasive attacks (temperature variations and electromagnetic influences over the integrated circuit). These tests emphasize the stability and security of the proposed True Random Number Generator, highlighting the fact that it is suitable for using in cryptographic applications.
