摘要
Exercise-induced anaphylaxis is a particular and rare form of anaphylaxis. Two types can be identified: exercise-induced anaphylaxis and food-dependent, exercise-induced anaphylaxis. The clinical symptoms and management are the same as regular anaphylaxis. Wheat is the most frequent allergen described in food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis, although any food allergen can be responsible. The pathophysiology of exercise-induced anaphylaxis is not fully understood. (C) 2020 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
