摘要
Terahertz(THz) waves have important applications in security detection, biomedicine, material detection and other fields, but available devices have low efficiency and narrow frequency bands. In this paper, we present a design of high-efficiency wide band flexible reflective metasurface THz wave plates, and fabricate it through Wiener processing.
