摘要
A multiphase ceramics has been obtained from calcium phosphate powders synthesized by mechanical activation from sodium pyrophosphate and soluble calcium salts (acetate, nitrate, chloride). After synthesis from sodium pyrophosphate and calcium acetate or calcium nitrate the powders comprised a mixture of double calcium-sodium phosphate, unreacted calcium salt and reaction byproduct (NaNO3 or NaCH3COO). After synthesis from sodium pyrophosphate and calcium chloride the powders comprised a mixture of amorphous calcium phosphate and byproduct NaCl. After heat-treatment the phase composition of the samples depended on the firing temperature and the composition of the initial powders. After firing Ca2P2O7, Na2CaP2O7, NaCaPO4 and Ca-3(PO4)(2) were present in the samples.
