摘要
With rapid development of China's urbanization, it's vital for low-carbon economy development to construct low-carbon city, in which corporations become mainstay. This article takes power corporation as a good example, from the point of promoting corporation society responsibility to research low-carbon city construction, firstly defining clear scope of China's power corporation CSR, and then detailed elaborating the main stakeholders and basic responsibilities, finally going into building power corporation CSR mechanism from guiding concept, indicator system, evaluation system, monitoring system the four aspects. This mechanism will clarify CSR details; especially CSR of power corporation as the greatest CO2 emission department in order to greatly advance China's low-carbon cities or city groups sustainable development.
